Team HR Review
One month ago after giving 2 rounds I got selected and they told me to do Matlab course which I also shared the certificate with them and Invoice but now they are not responding for the calls
Can anybody please advice how much time it will take

Since it’s been a month and you’ve completed the required course, maybe follow up again politely with HR or try reaching out to the hiring manager directly.

If they are not responding after you’ve followed up, it might be a red flag, or they could be going through internal delays. Have you considered exploring other opportunities just in case?

It’s good that you completed the course and provided proof, but sometimes HR teams can take a while to finalize things, especially if there are other internal processes.
