Swiggy Delivery Nightmare!
I had two terrible experiences with Swiggy on October 9th and 10th. Both times, my orders were delayed or incomplete. The delivery agents were unresponsive and Swiggy's customer support offered only refunds. This highlights a serious issue with Swiggy's delivery services. I urge the company to take action to improve its quality and reliability. Has anyone else had similar experiences with Swiggy?

Oh god, I had similar experience with Swiggy and eventually stopped using their app. If they can't even handle the basics of food delivery, it's hard to trust them. Glad someone finally spoke up about it!

Happened to me , The driver works other job close to the hotel , and he was thinking he will deliver when ever he please , i waited like 1.5hrs and cancelled it and got refund , But later the guy calls me up and asks why i cancelled it and it effects him , we had like heated convo basically, After which i never used Swiggy , Just order from my local places directly .
