Swiggy Delivery Nightmare!
I had two terrible experiences with Swiggy on October 9th and 10th. Both times, my orders were delayed or incomplete. The delivery agents were unresponsive and Swiggy's customer support offered only refunds.
This highlights a serious issue with Swiggy's delivery services. I urge the company to take action to improve its quality and reliability.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with Swiggy?

Oh god, I had similar experience with Swiggy and eventually stopped using their app. If they can't even handle the basics of food delivery, it's hard to trust them. Glad someone finally spoke up about it!
