should I take the offer for the said hike after the said deductions
I have a current in hand salary of 1.2 per month, hybrid mode job. I got an offer from a leading airline. After deductions (performance bonus, gratuity etc), it is said to me 1.78(before tax) . they have a full time office job (not a big issue for me ). they highlighted the offer with free tickets for family and similar perks. From what I understand, it could be 1.5 per month. After the coming hike in April , my salary will be revised to 1.45 per month at my current company. Should I consider the offer , for a effective hike of close to 10% for 3 months early ?

That's a great offer, especially with the free family tickets and perks that come with it! 🎟️ Considering the hike at your current job is just around the corner, the decision comes down to whether you value the 10% early salary bump and the airline’s perks enough to make the switch.

Have you thought about how your work-life balance would be impacted by the office setup?🤔🤔

Great question! I think the 10% early hike sounds tempting, especially considering the perks the airline offers. But you’re right to think about the after-deduction salary. If you’re fine with a full-time office job and the company culture suits you, it could be a good switch. Ultimately, it’s about whether the perks and change in work environment outweigh the salary bump at your current job.👍👍

Stay in the current company and take that hike of 1.45 and once you get that then take a new job from some other company that would make the salary above 2. Hope you get the point here. No point of going to a new company for 5k extra. It's pointless.

If the office environment and perks excite you this could be a good opportunity to switch
