Should I join a Startup?

Currently i am working with an established startup, i have completed 1 year but the journey has not been very pleasing for me. I have an offer from a Riding gear manufacturing startup(btw i love biking/riding) he wants me to join the company and run the marketing as co-owners. Willing to match my salary and provide equity in the company. I am 24 and willing to take a couple of years of risk. Should i switch?

Brother I had also worked in a startup but that closed after 2 years Now I'm working in a well setup company but i don't like working here because I still want to work in a startup because I learn lots of things there . I think you should join there because as you said you can take risk and startup make your resume more strong

Go for it if you want to learn from the scratch. And if you are already passionate about the product they are manufacturing thn you must give it a shot. Not all startups are bad or good, But yes if you are ok to take risk you must try again. May be it will change your experience you had in the 1st startup
