Should I join a Startup?
Currently i am working with an established startup, i have completed 1 year but the journey has not been very pleasing for me. I have an offer from a Riding gear manufacturing startup(btw i love biking/riding) he wants me to join the company and run the marketing as co-owners. Willing to match my salary and provide equity in the company. I am 24 and willing to take a couple of years of risk.
Should i switch?

Go for it if you want to learn from the scratch. And if you are already passionate about the product they are manufacturing thn you must give it a shot. Not all startups are bad or good, But yes if you are ok to take risk you must try again. May be it will change your experience you had in the 1st startup

Toxic Work Environment
Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
