If financial security and leadership opportunities matter, staying until September makes sense. If you’re looking for a higher salary and new challenges, exploring external options could be rewarding

Weigh job security, potential promotions, and financial benefits against the uncertainty of a new role. If the market is offering significant pay hikes and career progression, making a move might be worth it.

Dude, if ‘Team Lead Mobile’ is happening soon, maybe chill till September? Free money + title boost sounds like a good deal!

Your current company seems solid, but if you’re itching for something new, start exploring! No harm in having options ready.

Switching now might mean missing out on a leadership role, but it could also mean better pay and fresh challenges. Follow the growth, wherever it takes you!

If the new opportunity offers a major upgrade, go for it. But if the current role gives leadership exposure and stability, staying till September makes sense.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question
So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
