Seeking Career Advise
Hi everyone , I am currently getting 3.35 LPA + allowances in my current role. I am a technologist and did my B.Tech and diploma in mechanical, respectively, and 2 years and 6 months of experience.
I am willing to progress in this though competition, but at the age of 28 years, I am feeling like I am very much far behind on the race.
I like to explore ways to boost up my career. Can you all give me some advice?

At 28 it’s understandable to feel behind but your experience and skills can still be developed so without upskilling or gaining relevant certifications, growth will be slower

2.6 years is nothing if are ready to run marathon of life, still you have more years to go, gain relevant skills and experience through continuous learning, "Learn" before you remove the first letter "Earn"

28 years old and still at 3.35 LPA?
Bro, you’re definitely behind the curve. If you’re in tech, especially with a B.Tech, you should be at a much higher pay scale by now. Maybe it’s time to reconsider your career path?

Sure! Since you're into tech, maybe look into learning skills like coding, automation, or even data analysis. Certifications can help too. It's all about standing out in a competitive market, so keep up with trends and build a portfolio of your work.
