Seeking Advice on Repeated Rejections for Data Analyst Role at S&P Global
Hi Everyone, I’ve been applying to S&P Global for the Data Analyst/Data Researcher 1 role for the past two years, because it is my dream company where i would really like to work but unfortunately, I haven’t received any positive feedback. My applications keep getting rejected, and I’m unsure of the reason. I hold a BE in Mechanical Engineering and currently work in a data-centric role. Could this rejection be due to my designation or the fact that I haven’t pursued a master’s degree yet?

Bhai, don't lose hope... Two years of applying is a long time, but it shows your dedication to your dream company. Have you considered networking with current or former S&P Global employees to gain insights?

I think it's unlikely that your Mechanical Engineering background is the issue. Many data analysts come from non traditional backgrounds. Focus on highlighting your transferable skills, like data analysis and problem solving.
