Seeking advice
I am a Cloud aspirant and want to perceive my career in Cloud field as a fresher. In the process of seeking a job role in Cloud, I observed that for freshers it is difficult to get into Cloud roles as companies are preferring experienced candidates. And companies are training the existing employees to transit into the cloud.
I know certification holds a big part, but how far is it necessary and mandatory to have a certification? I hold a basic certification in AWS Cloud Foundations by AWS academy. Is it sufficient?
What could be the ethical ways to have an entry as a fresher?

A Team Lead
Certifications definitely help, but it’s the hands-on experience and eagerness to learn that will set you apart. Keep building projects, maybe start with free tiers of AWS, GCP, or Azure, and showcase them on your GitHub or portfolio.

You could also explore volunteering for cloud projects or internships where they’re willing to train you on the job.
Networking with professionals in the cloud space can also open up opportunities that you might not find through regular job listings.

Certifications like AWS Cloud Foundations are important, they’re not always mandatory. It helps to have hands-on experience, even if it's through personal projects or internships.
