Hello Folks,
  I have close to 8 years experience into DevOps and Cloud. Currently getting around 15LPA.
I tried searching for opportunities outside. When I demanded 25LPA questions like why asking too much arises from few companies?

Have stayed in every org for more than 3 years during my tenure

Got an offer for 24 with 15% variable for an MNC and a couple more is in queue

Should I demand more from other or play safely as crossing 20+ ctc is going to put me in risk area?

Thoughts and suggestions please

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. 
Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. 

My PF alone will cover 80C
Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS
My HRA is around 25K per month (300000)
Health insurance for family 28000
Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately)
I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Hello,

I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. 

I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good.

Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. 

I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further.

few of my friends tagged me having a crazy time and it got posted on Instagram and guess what I completely forgot that my manager is in my list and to add on to it he also liked my story with a heart😑

What do I do ? I am embarrassed 🥲 I will meet him in the office tomorrow. Please suggest Meri Fatri hai yaar appraisals ka time hai. 😭

I’ve been working at a small startup for the past 3 years, with just 3 other employees and my boss. I sit right in front of her, and over time, we became close, almost like siblings. I automated a lot of my tasks, so my work became pretty straightforward...I just input some variables here and there, and I’m done. Over the last year, my boss started asking me how I did all of that, and she wanted to learn it herself. Since we were so friendly, I didn’t think much of it and happily taught her everything I knew. This morning, she sat me down and told me that to cut costs, she needed to let me go and take over my role. She asked if I’d be willing to do a once a year consulting gig to check her work. I didn’t really know how to respond. She said it kindly, so I stayed calm and matched her tone, but now I feel like I’ve made a mistake, and I’m left without a job.

I trained my manager and now she no longer needs me.

Sure, you have people around, flatmates, coworkers, friends....and family is just a call away. But still, it can get incredibly quiet, and sometimes the noise inside your head becomes overwhelming.

How do you cope with that?

P.S. I live with family now, so there's always some drama going on....But I’ve lived alone before, so I know what it feels like.

Also, I’m not sure if this is what loneliness feels like, or if it’s something closer to depression?
