Salary Confusion

I used to work as an accountant/internal auditor in a company, and I had 2.8 years of experience as both. Recently, I resigned, and I am in a stage of documentation for the Record to Report role. If I get the offer, should I ask for 4.5 to 5 lakh? Would it be okay?

As you have a experience of 2.8 years of experience you should try for a salary in the range of 5-6 LPA. Do you like to discuss specific strategies for negotiating a higher salary or tips for your job search?

Nah, dude, you've got 2.8 years of experience, right? That's solid! Aim for 4.5-5 lakhs, you totally deserve it. Go get 'em!

Yes definitely ask for a hike why to settle for less salary. Highlight your specific skills and accomplishments so that u look like an asset to the company. Just curious to know why did you leave your last organization ?
