Related to confusion of First job

Okay so i am a fresher and i got offer from Accenture And The Role is ASE ( Associate Software engineer) Can you guys suggest me how it will work like whether I will get much growth in long term or not and about the increments and promotions and about the job security and like as I am a fresher I have zero knowledge about these things so that's the reason I am asking like this ... I am a BCA student and I got this role offered so Suggest me should I join and take experience and switch in other company or Pursue MCA and then take a job...? Whatever thought / advice comes in your mind just tell me as I am a little brother of yours... It would really really help me... Thanking you all in advance...
