New Narayana Murthy in the Market!

If work-life balance had a face, it would definitely be raising an eyebrow at SN Subrahmanyam’s suggestion. Asking employees to work 90 hours a week and give up Sundays is taking things too far. Telling us to spend less time with family is not just impractical but also disrespectful to our personal lives. We need balance, not burnout.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Subrahmanyan asked employees, “How long can you stare at your wife?” urging them to spend less time at home and more at the office.

Don't take them seriously, out of 90 hours put 60 hours in your benefit not company's benefit .Work on your own business idea.
