Working in Wonder Cement@Punjab. State head is torturing and giving option either quit or take transfer in other state, as he is targetting to adjust his lobby members on our job roles. Don't want to switch the job as company is good. Can't take transfer due to family circumstances.

before making any drastic decisions, it might be worth trying to have a candid conversation with HR or someone higher up in the company. Companies often value good employees and might not be aware of the situation. Express your concerns and see if there's a way to resolve things without having to choose between your job and your family.

If transferring to another state is an issue but you're committed to staying within the company, consider exploring if there are any other opportunities within your current location or remotely. If the company is good, they might be able to accommodate you in a different role that doesn't require a move

Your mental and emotional well-being should be a top priority. If the stress from work is starting to affect your health or relationships, consider whether staying in the company is worth it in the long term. Sometimes it’s okay to prioritize self-care, even if it means making difficult decisions.

Quitting the company and quitting your family aren’t the only options. Look for a middle ground where you can manage both. Whether that’s by transferring to a more manageable role within the company or negotiating a solution with your state head, there might be a compromise that works for everyone involved.
