Need help to take action!

Right now I'm in situation where I'm working after hour without overtime pay. My working hours are 9:30 am-6:00 pm. Management always every day after wants me to do overtime and executes the task on priority. They doesn't pre-ideate about any task. They don't mainten sheets for tasks. I tried giving them solution to let me check in at office at 11:00am and checkout at 7:00pm. So task also get complete & I can also have some work-life balance. But they denied it. Last time I was only guy in whole office working till 10:00pm and completed my task, because they given 3 video editing task at 6:00pm same day and want me to complete it before 11:00am morning. Please suggest solution!

Talk to management about setting boundaries or consider escalating to exploring other job options

How about suggesting a more organized way to prioritize tasks and manage your time, and maybe even negotiate some flexibility or compensation for the extra hours?

Congratulations! Aapka bhi baaki major corporate majdoor ki tarah kaat rha hai management. If you've already talked to management and they're doing nothing about it then start searching for a new job. As soon as you get it, resign from here, serve your notice period and then bid farewell to your colleagues. Aap jaoge, koi dusra corporate majdoor aayega aapke jagah but inka kaam nai rukega. But ghr pe aap nai jaoge nd waha koi aur aaya toh problem hoga fir💀

One suggestion- Learn to say no. Tell them that it is not possible to frequently do overtime and not everything can be urgent.
