Hi everyone, I am working in IT support from last 3 years and i am earning 7 LPA Fixed and I want to switch my career from support role to something else. Can someone help me and suggest me on which domain should i transition my career and what roadmap should i follow to get there

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.

My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. 
With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.

Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually).
Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi 
Currently I'm drawing a salary of 1050000 fixed from Deloitte india.
Now i got an offer from KPMG global where they offered me 1425000 fixed.

I'm qualified chartered accountant with 1 year of experience in statutory audit at Deloitte.

Please rate this hike or give inputs.

I have got an offer of 34 LPA from TCS and Capgemini .
I have 11 years of experience , Azure Developer.

Can you please guide / suggest which company should I join .
I am confused since both are offering the  same CTC .

Jan 2021- Mar 2024, small size company, 3.2 yoe as Data analyst. EXCEL Nly.
April 2024 - July 2024, internship,Sales Associate. Excel, powerbi, sql.
August 2024 - Jan 2025, Acquired Skills for Business Analyst got Certified from Microsoft-LinkedIn Program, Applied for various positions in those 6 months but no response.
1 Feb 2025 - till now working as purchase manager in small electrical company. Price analysis, negotiations, Excel, and cost savings.
My Skills: Sql, Python, Advance Excel, Jira, UML, BRD.
I did not want to waste my time further. That's why I joined this company as this job requires analysis.
I want a job where pay, timings, and perks are stable.
