I'm currently working as an SDET and have also worked in development. I have a total of 07 years of experience. Right now, I'm struggling to decide whether I should continue in the testing field and grow further in this direction or completely switch to development. I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 

I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ?

I’ve finally found a great manager. I used to think all managers were the same...demanding, controlling, and hard to please. But then I switched jobs and met my current boss. She actually listens to us, respects our time..no calls after 7 pm, and encourages mental health days when needed. Last week, she surprised the team with personalized thank you notes for our hard work on a project. It was a small gesture but made a big difference in morale. Honestly, working here feels like a breath of fresh air after years of toxic environments.

Still 60 days are remaining in my notice period to end. But during interview I told the recruiter as my LWD is 2nd March. So now how to tackle them because if I tell them the correct date then I m sure they will not wait for me and will choose another candidate. How to make sure that they wait for me and I don't lose this opportunity. Any suggestions are welcomed.
