Not necessarily, Jobs and requirement is always on and off but may be you should start tweaking your resume to get it update on the job portals and get into search when recruiters tries to find the candidate for the profile. But keep trying , dont think december is non hiring month

Toxic Work Environment

They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
