If the new offer is solving your financial problems, then take it. You don’t owe your company loyalty at the cost of your well being. Just be professional in your resignation and thank them for the support they gave you.

Your company helped you in tough times, but at the end of the day, you have to look out for yourself. Be honest but professional......just say you got an opportunity that aligns better with your current needs. No need to over explain.

Don’t overthink it. A simple “I’ve really appreciated my time here, but I’ve received an offer that I can’t pass up due to personal reasons” is enough. Your manager might understand more than you think.

you don’t need to justify your decision to anyone. Just resign respectfully and move forward. If they really value you, they might even offer a counteroffer. But don’t stay just for that.

Sounds like you’ve got a tough choice, but your well being comes first. Be grateful, but don’t let guilt keep you stuck. If you tell your manager, keep it short and professional....no need to go into all the personal details.
