Microsoft recruiting process
Hi Guys,
Is anyone here from Microsoft and can shed some light on the time taken in the overall recruitment process?
I have given the first round of the interview and I am still waiting for my results. In the action centre it shows scheduling while I have not received any update for the second round.
Does anyone know how much time will it take for the next round to happen ?

These things take a bit longer than expected, especially during peak hiring seasons. I can't give you an exact timeline, keep an eye on your email and spam folder for updates.

Some of my friends work at Microsoft, and from what they've told me, the recruitment process can sometimes take a while. especially if it’s for a competitive role. After the first round, it’s normal for the status to show 'scheduling' for a week or two.

I’ve gone through the Microsoft interview process before, and the timeline can vary a bit depending on the team and role you're applying for. It’s normal to wait a bit after the first round, especially if they have multiple candidates to review

Check your spam/junk folder just in case! Also, the status might remain ‘scheduling’ even after they’ve sent an invite. It’s happened to me before.
