Microsoft recruiting process

Hi Guys, Is anyone here from Microsoft and can shed some light on the time taken in the overall recruitment process? I have given the first round of the interview and I am still waiting for my results. In the action centre it shows scheduling while I have not received any update for the second round. Does anyone know how much time will it take for the next round to happen ?

These things take a bit longer than expected, especially during peak hiring seasons. I can't give you an exact timeline, keep an eye on your email and spam folder for updates.

A Team Lead
Some of my friends work at Microsoft, and from what they've told me, the recruitment process can sometimes take a while. especially if it’s for a competitive role. After the first round, it’s normal for the status to show 'scheduling' for a week or two.

I’ve gone through the Microsoft interview process before, and the timeline can vary a bit depending on the team and role you're applying for. It’s normal to wait a bit after the first round, especially if they have multiple candidates to review

Check your spam/junk folder just in case! Also, the status might remain ‘scheduling’ even after they’ve sent an invite. It’s happened to me before.
