Manmohan Singh's Legacy: A Lesson in Bad Boss Leadership?🤷♂️🤔
Ever had a bad boss who seemed like a figurehead, letting others call the shots?
Dr. Manmohan Singh was often criticized for his quiet leadership and being overly influenced by others. Can such a style work in today’s high-pressure environments, or does it risk alienating the team?
Was Singh’s approach humility in action or a classic case of bad leadership? Let's talk

Maybe the world doesn’t need loud, in-your-face leaders all the time. Sometimes, the quiet, thoughtful approach brings more long-term results. Manmohan Singh’s leadership may not have fit the typical mold, but his decisions shaped India’s future.
We need more humility in leadership!

This post is a bit harsh. Manmohan Singh may not have been the most charismatic, but his integrity and intellect were unparalleled. You can’t judge leadership based on one’s communication style.🤷♂️🤷♂️

Hmmm🤔🤔🤔 I understand the critique, I believe Singh's approach was reflective of his personality and the times. Not all leaders need to be loud or micromanagers. Sometimes, letting others take charge and offering guidance quietly can be effective, especially in complex, bureaucratic environments like India
