Looking for new Job Opportunity
Hi everyone,
Wanted to share my pathetic experience so far with TCS BPO domain. It's been more than a month since I joined TCS for one of their biggest aviation indisutry client for supply chain profile and so far have not even received laptop from client side for starting the work.
Worst part is the tedious manual supply chain process client has. And I can clearly see, TCS does not have the audacity to take side for their employees in front of client. Plus its a night shift with no flexiblity for hybrid/wfh when the entire process can be done through remote working. To add on this, employees are not even allowed to keep mobile phones with them while working. Feels like a prison or boarding school where rules are childish.
Only after joining this client, I realized many employees have left TCS to exit this client process and the attrition rate is highest for this. So far the experience is not so good here. Looking to switch on immediate basis.

Notice Period Issues
