Genpact as a brand can add great value to your resume, especially if you’re looking to explore opportunities in larger organizations in the future. However, if financial growth is a priority, consider negotiating the hike or exploring other options before deciding.

Genpact will look good on your CV for sure, but if the hike isn’t enough to justify the switch, think twice. Maybe try negotiating?

Big brands are like shiny toys fun to have, but not worth it if they don’t give you what you need. Choose what works for you!

Think about where you want to be in 5 years. If Genpact’s brand name will help you get there, it might be worth accepting a smaller hike.

Genpact is a good brand, and if you can manage financially with the current offer, the experience might pay off in the long run.
