Hey folks!
I might receive an offer letter from a BLR-based company that expects me to relocate from Mumbai. They’re offering me 16.7 LPA (~3.8 years of work experience) for a Data Analyst position with many 
additional perks. 

Was wondering if someone could give me some figures to understand general expenses in BLR and then understand how much I should be saving.

Their office is in Whitefield so my accommodation would ideally be nearby or at a 20-30 mins distance.

How Much Should I Charge for My First Freelance Project?

I have been working in this company for 4.5 years. Joined at 2.2LPA. With small small hikes, at the 3 year mark, I reached 6.25LPA. After that I have never received any hike. They only changed my designation from Senior to Specialist. And that too I have not received any formal mail, just a notification from the internal portal. I am about to resign as I got a new job. Before I leave should I push for a formal hike and promotion, so that I can negotiate better for the upcoming HR round with the new employer? 

My expectation was 10LPA. But the new employer mentioned the offer would be around 7 to 7.5LPA as 10 is a higher hike percentage, and something like it's against company policy. What should I do here?

Haven't received a hike and promotion in 1.5 years. About to resign. Should I ask for a formal hike and promotion before I leave?

Let me start with this. I have done a hotel management course and got placed at IGI airport as a Guest service officer (Front office) where I was getting just 17k per month and after 9 months i resigned. Then I got the opportunity at one of the BPO- ienergizer as an executive agent and my initial salary was 26k per month. I thought it was a good hike and i joined this bpo. Now it's been almost 5 years of experience and now I am a quality analyst where I am getting 40k per month.
Now I am not satisfied with my job it's kinda boring. My interests are more into the finance sector and I don't know what should be the best path where I can get 12 lakhs per annum within 1-2 year. I am ready for anything like improving my skill set and all. I don't know how to approach other companies with my current skill set as there are some companies when they see that guy is working in the bpo sector they just reject my cv. 
PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD BE BEST APPROACH FROM HERE.
