Is Swiggy Losing Its Grip in Mumbai?
I'm starting to feel like Swiggy 's service in Mumbai is taking a nosedive. Is anyone else experiencing the same?
Two of my orders were delayed by over three hours this week alone. It's frustrating! And don't even get me started on the outdated menus and missing items. It feels like restaurants aren't even bothering to update their status on the app.
What's even more disappointing is the customer support. When I reached out, the only solution they offered was to cancel the order. Seriously? That's not a solution, it's just giving up. Meanwhile, I placed the same order on Zomato, which was delivered on time.
It's a shame to see a once-reliable service slip like this. I wonder how this pre-IPO slump and negative customer sentiment will impact Swiggy's future. It's time for them to improve their game and provide better service.
Let me know if you've had similar experiences.

I was their devout customer since 2017... Buying their subsc and ordering at least once a day.... Their cancel order within 60 seconds was a banger feature along with address change if within same vicinity Since last few months it seems in pursuit of profit... They removed those features..... Increased platform charges.... Bogus things like if call is not received (can happen if u are in call/meeting) the order is automatically cancelled with 0 refund... Whereas Zomato subscription charges are quite low with much lower charges...after all this time seriously considering switching the platforms....

I think Zomato is good now they like give you the option to cancel your order by yourself if your order get's delayed (or if it exceeds the ETA) with a full refund amount and no need to talk to the customer support

Notice period negotiation
I resigned from my current company a couple of days ago. I have a 90 day notice period. I tried to negotiate it with my manager of the current company, asking to release early as the new company has early requirements and also on a medical ground basis, but my manager is not agreeing. I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it. But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...
