I got offer letter for Network Security Engineer role at Accenture I have 6 YOE of this 3 years I worked as contract employee and I had no pf account will it be a problem at Accenture but I have Form 16 A and Form 16B and the company payroll company is not operational now will it affect BGV?

IS PF account mandatory will they accept form 16/bank statement /salary slip

I worked in a company for 20 years and suddenly put off role. Searching jobs I realised I am over age for various roles that I could do and less experienced for Leadership Roles as my exposure was limited. I always thought I am earning decent money and can work another 7 years and retire at 50. Though the younger generation is much smarter I still want to advise them (BFSI specific)
* Work in a role for max 2-3 years and switch when you feel you are done.
* By age of 30, if you are still earning less than 10 lakh you are not growing 
* By age of 35 you must become AVP as no company will hire AVP if you are more than 36.
*Be loyal to your self, not your organization. 
* Most importantly save atleast 30% or more of whatever your CTC. Donot spend much with every raise. 
* Buy a property, and pay loans before 35.

In tough times it's only Savings that give you cushion and peace nothing else

Day to Day Office

Every office has one unspoken conflict…

No, not deadlines.
Not promotions.
Not even stolen tiffins.

We’re talking about the real war:
THE AIR CONDITIONER.

In our office, it’s a daily drama.

On one side:
The “Antarctica Squad” — people who want the A/C at 16°C and dress like they’re hiking Everest.

On the other:
The “Sun Lovers” — begging for warmth, wearing shawls like they’re in Shimla.

And then…
There’s me.
The neutral party.
The one just trying to survive — not sweat, not shiver, just exist.

Every 30 minutes:

Someone lowers the temp.

Someone raises it.

Someone secretly switches off the A/C.

Maintenance gets called.

A meeting is held.

One colleague even brought their own fan. Another carries a blanket. I’m thinking of installing a thermometer on my desk.

At this point, the A/C remote has more office politics than our team meetings.

Lesson:
Forget team bonding activities.
If we can survive the A/C wars together, we’re already family. ❄️🔥

Recently, a CEO (an IITian, no less) shared something that should’ve been a wake-up call for the Indian tech scene.......but most of us are too busy posing on LinkedIn to notice.

Out of over 1,000 applications for a 50 LPA tech role, the majority submitted absolute trash for a basic coding task. 

Yes......basic. Not a system design round
Just a simple task to test if they can code.

And the result?
Poor-quality code
No understanding of the basics

The same people call themselves “Tech leads,” “Experts,” or “SDEs” on LinkedIn, write long motivational posts, and act like they’re running the world. 

Let’s be honest:
Many in the tech world are all talk and no skill.
They’re more focused on looking smart online than actually being good at their job.

This isn’t about insulting anyone........it’s about calling out a culture where everyone techie wants a big salary, but very few want to do the hard work to deserve it.

Shame on you, techies!
