IS PF account mandatory will they accept form 16/bank statement /salary slip
I got offer letter for Network Security Engineer role at Accenture I have 6 YOE of this 3 years I worked as contract employee and I had no pf account will it be a problem at Accenture but I have Form 16 A and Form 16B and the company payroll company is not operational now will it affect BGV?

Listen, Not having a PF account might raise a query during BGV, but Form 16 and salary slips are solid evidence. Just ensure your paperwork is complete and accurate.

Many contract employees don’t have PF accounts it’s not uncommon. If your documentation is clear, you should be fine. Be upfront with HR if they ask for additional details.
