Is My Salary Aligned with My Experience?

Hi everyone, I have been working as an Android Developer for over 3.5 years, and my current salary is 6 LPA. I'm curious to know if this compensation aligns with my years of experience (YOE) and industry standards. What do you think?

For 3.5 years of experience in Android development, a salary of 6 LPA seems a bit on the lower end, especially in the tech industry where salaries tend to be more competitive. It could be helpful to check industry reports and discuss salary ranges with peers in your field.

With 3.5 years of experience, 6 LPA is kind of low, honestly. I've seen Android developers with similar experience earning 8-10 LPA, especially in bigger cities. It might be time to ask for a raise or start looking at other opportunities!

Seems a bit low for your experience, but it also depends on where you're working and your tech stack. You could potentially aim for a higher salary if you're in a bigger market or have additional skills like Kotlin or modern frameworks.

You’re definitely on the right path! Don’t feel discouraged salary is just one part of the equation. It might be a good time to upskill and look for new opportunities that align better with your experience and expectations. Your potential is higher than your current salary!
