I am selected in cognizant and received the offer letter. My joining date is in jan 2025. They are asking me to complete all the bgv and pre joining formalities now. Shall I complete all the formalities? I am not sure whether I'll join cognizant or not. Please suggest.

I’m 32M, working at [HCLTech](hcl-technologies) 60K in hand, with personal and home loans. My parents are forcing me into marriage due to societal pressure.

The girl isn’t working, unsure if she will, and her family demands a lavish wedding we can’t afford....we’re even taking loans for it. I begged to postpone, but no one listens.

I asked her to cancel she refuses. She ignores my calls but sweet talks my family, even lying that we’re getting along. We’re complete opposites in lifestyle, values, and personality.

I’ve tried everything even acting like a red flag but she won’t back out. Am I stuck? What should I do?

I currently have a CTC around 9.6L (1L being variable.) I got a new offer from an MNC having a new shared service centre at Gurugram and they are offering me 12LPA fixed. Currently, I am doing work from home and for the new opportunity I need to relocate. So, is this a good offer or should I think/negotiate more?

YOE : 5 years 3 months

Edit: Now they offered me 13.2 LPA. (Gross).  Also mentioned in the job offer that I will be eligible for Bonus payout based on performance which will be prorated.

Hello, I have 38 days of notice period remaining and on last Friday I was informed by my lead that he is pressured to put me into PIP as I'm already leaving the organization to save the people in my project. PIP is not initiated yet. Should I challenge it? because I have been good performer during the service and I do have all the  positive feedback on workday except the one I got on Friday. Is it worth to challenge it? Will PIP tag be an issue for future rehire? Please advice.

I have total of 2.3 yeo and im getting 8 LPA (7.5 fixed + 50k variable).

I see lot of people having lesser yeo earning more than me. Is my salary below market standards? My appraisal cycle is in june month and I dont think my manager will promote me to senior role. Hence i wanted to switch to another company. Is it fine if i switch within 1 year in a company

I have joined Big4 in some X job profile on first week of march which I really don't like but however now I am getting job opportunity in my interested role in another global big4 and joining is in July so how should I go about resignation at current big4 and would there be any consequences since I am resigning within a month.
