I am selected in cognizant and received the offer letter. My joining date is in jan 2025. They are asking me to complete all the bgv and pre joining formalities now. Shall I complete all the formalities? I am not sure whether I'll join cognizant or not. Please suggest.

I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I attended F2F interview yesterday(21-01-25) at TCD, I completed two rounds of interview and wait for a while, they say you may leave now you got a call from us soon.

Is they call me either I cleared the interview or not cleared it, or they call only I cleared the interview?
