I've recently accepted a job offer from an old, established and renowned manufacturing firm and have resigned from current company on the basis of job offer. However I've received a lucrative offer with challenging role from a startup like firm, backed by an Indian conglomerate. I'm interested to take this opportunity & join the startup like firm. Is it fair if I say no & don't join the earlier prospective employer whome I've earlier agreed and instead join hands with the another startup like firm. Please advise.

Is it fair to reject the offer after providing acceptance.

I am java backend dev and my current tech stack is Java, spring boot, microservices, restful APIs, mysql, dsa(400+ problems in leetcode) Have knowledge in kafka as well but no hands on experience.

My current CTC is 7Lpa

No frontend or cloud experience. I got the above offer(hyd location,hybrid model). I have already resigned in my company, attended few interviews but failed in all. Should I prepare more rigorously? Or be satisfied it's a good package for my current exp?

Day to Day Office

Hey all

Recently I moved to another organisation to my surprise the entire work environment is too different from what I have expected.

And I need to work under My DM who is right in front of us who does micro monitoring so much and it was completely new to me.

Even seniors were saying be careful with him as 7-8 people recently have moved out of the company due to some differences and here I have joined a month ago and Heard more stories about my DM.

How to work and not get focused into him as recently he sent mail to HR for another person due as a bad performer.

Idk how I'll manage here as of now I just want to leave this company within 6-9 months.

If I do will it create any bad impression on me during HR as I just switched 2 companies in less than 4 years even though my package isn't that great!!
