Hello this is Mrutyunjoy Sinha 26 (M) working in a customer care company from last 2 and a half year. But the problem is there is no salary hike and no promotions no matter how much hard work you do. I been at my company for 6 months I am working everyday..but I feel like I am achieving literally nothing,I feel empty and frustrated working here. I don't think my company knows what's there vision is, the management doesn't work properly it's gonna be almost 10 months to the company and they still can't figure out the basic every month they try something new recently they changed our contracts for example..ik start ups are like this but this is too much
