I’m in a situation and need some guidance.I have a job offer with:CTC: 9.4 LPA fixed + 21% variable = 11.4 LPA total.Location: Chennai (not ideal for me).Another opportunity is in the pipeline, with a more suitable location, but the expected CTC is around 9.4 LPA, which is significantly lower than the first offer.To add to the dilemma, the HR of the second company feels that asking for 12 LPA (considering my 9.4 LPA fixed offer) is too high.How would you approach this decision? Hi everyone , I am currently getting 3.35 LPA + allowances in my current role. I am a technologist and did my B.Tech and diploma in mechanical, respectively, and 2 years and 6 months of experience.I am willing to progress in this though competition, but at the age of 28 years, I am feeling like I am very much far behind on the race.I like to explore ways to boost up my career.
