How to change my Domain

I am currently working in healthcare translational research, a hardcore wet lab job with little analytics. Also I completed a business analytics and Digital marketing course to switch myself to business analytics domain. I built knowledge/project, networking, attend multiple webinar, multiple business courses and applying job for past 6 months still no where I shortlisted for an interview. My resume is optimised ATS friendly even hired one on one with a career coach he can't find what is going wrong in my case . Can anyone help me for my transition journey?

I feel you! Bro, Have you tried tailoring your resume for each specific job application? Sometimes it’s the little tweaks that make a difference.🤷‍♂️

Honestly, I can’t agree more. Do you think this trend will keep growing, or do you see a shift happening soon?

Even if your previous work didn’t involve analytics, you likely used data to draw conclusions or solve problems. For instance, mention any times you analyzed experimental results, conducted data validation, or interpreted research findings to inform decisions.
