Current CTC - 9.25LPA + 75K varriable.
Working Skillset is Kubernetes and Openstack.
Current - 100% WFH

CTC -18 LPA + 2.5L variable.

what is current value in market for Kubernetes skillset?
How can I negotiate to get better offer?

I have 11 years of experience , Azure Developer.

Can you please guide / suggest which company should I join .
I am confused since both are offering the  same CTC .

I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. 

I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good.

Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. 

I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further.

Day to Day Office

Sure, you have people around, flatmates, coworkers, friends....and family is just a call away. But still, it can get incredibly quiet, and sometimes the noise inside your head becomes overwhelming.

How do you cope with that?

P.S. I live with family now, so there's always some drama going on....But I’ve lived alone before, so I know what it feels like.

Also, I’m not sure if this is what loneliness feels like, or if it’s something closer to depression?

For those who live alone, how do you handle the silence?

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous  org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation.

Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
