Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 1.2LPA in 2012 as an Accountant
and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and reached 5.5 LPA Salary. I worked hard nearly 10-12hrs a day and managed an entire vertical of bookkeeping accounting & taxation for 12 years. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Your asset are the real connections you have made in these 12 years. Try to get in touch with any of them who can get you an interview. If you're underpaid now, there would be many mid size companies willing to offer at least a 50% hike on your current pay.
