Healthy Mind
Excessive screen time can lead to eye strain, headaches, and fatigue. It's important to take regular breaks and find ways to relax to reduce these effects.
I suggest having spaces, such as a meditation room or a prayer room, where people can go to calm their minds.
What are your thoughts on it? Also, suggest some other ways !!

That's a great point about the negative effects of excessive screen time. Have you tried using the 20-20-20 rule to reduce eye strain?

[an operations executive](username) It involves taking a 20-second break from your screen every 20 minutes and looking at something 20 feet away.

Do you have any other ideas for promoting mental well-being in the workplace or at home?

Avoid using electronic devices for at least an hour before bed to promote better sleep.

[an operations executive](username) Yes, for sure, this is the best tip to suggest, as screen time itself has many side effects.

I agree, thanks for raising this! Let's normalise taking short breaks throughout the day to focus on your breath, stretch, or simply close your eyes and relax.
