I suggest having spaces, such as a meditation room or a prayer room, where people can go to calm their minds. What are your thoughts on it? Also, suggest some other ways !!

There is no end to work so it's important to take proper breaks in between. when i take break i go for walk with my colleagues

Ummm ...i sugest you to mediate as it calms down your mind... you can listen to music just the audio...it will help relax your mind and feel fresh. Going for a morning walk is another way to reducess stresss
