Hire only for what you need. Overhiring is the root cause - now this done to show strength and also to show "growing demand in the market" - both of which are really not helpful from an Opex PoV

I worked startup for 2 years RSM, comparing both scenarios I feel that startups should have a strong back and Strong Vision of going ahead.
