HR sends out a survey: "Do you feel stressed at work?"
Honest employees respond: "Yes."
The company's solution? "Not anymore—you’re terminated. Stress-free from work, but now unemployed!"
So, what’s the goal here? Reducing stress or just shifting it to unemployment?
Would this approach actually help anyone, or is it just adding fuel to the fire?🤷♂️🤷♂️
