Female engineers get promoted at an unbelievable rate
I just can’t not be amazed by how fast female engineers get promoted compared to male engineers. It’s open blatant discrimination against men at this point. How does someone who isn’t even a senior engineer become a manager in two years? This person literally graduated at the same time as me and yet here I am as a L61 engineer. The 2020-2022 tech market was a massive windfall that catapulted so many terrible female engineers and even the ones without a tech background into management and PM positions they don’t qualify for or deserve. These women have no qualms about bragging about it on any social platform.

Unpopular opinion, only subpar employees blame their manager. It is probably lack of understanding or lack of performance. You coming here and repeating it a 100 times is not going to give you some sympathy cash or promos...lol
