Contractual Position at NIIT Foundation
I'm planning to join NIIT foundation as a state coordinator but they have offered me contractual role just till March 2025 but assured that contract might get renewed, taking this opportunity was crucial for my career growth so I agreed to it, last organization doesn't offered any growth in 6 years I'm still in same position and a very low salary so I took the offer, please tell me what should I do next if the contract doest get renewed.

Bro,if the contract doesn't get renewed don't panic, sometimes it's better to not stay in a job that doesn't offer long term security and if the job is only for a limited time you might not get the growth you're looking for

Contractual jobs are just there to make fool out of the candidates. The employees have to hustle and work in the same way permanent employees does. They are underpaid as well🙄
