Contractual Offer
I received an offer from an HR Resourcing
Organization to work on a contract basis with a MNC.
They assured me that if I perform well, I could become a full-time employee there. However, I'm a bit worried because they won't be deducting PF during the contract period. Is it a good idea to accept this contract position, or could it pose risks for my future

Confused between 2 offers
Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually).
