Hi, I'm Working in an Oil & Gas Energy EPC Company as Buyer (1.5 Yrs Experience), currently 9.5LPA CTC. But the Catch is I don't like the Ambience of the Company. Many Corporate Politics, no Recognition.
Should I try any other EPC Companies for Opportunities? If Yes, What companies can I try for In and Around Chennai (Purchasing / Procurement)?
What Salary Jump can I expect? I have Worked in International Projects as well as Indian Projects.

9.5LPA with international experience, that's solid. If you move Iād say a 10-15% hike would be realistic or maybe more depending on the role. Have you looked at companies like Jindal or BGR Energy?
