Change
Hello Everyone,
I am currently working in a big edtech company as a senior associate, currently the work I am doing is not that engaging. I have a total of 10 years of experience in various domains. Now I want to move into data analytics but the concern is that every good company is asking for experience in the field. How can I possibly get into a good MNC.

You should identify skills from your previous roles that are relevant to data analytics, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis. Emphasize how you've used these skills in your past work. All the best!
