Change
Hello Everyone,
I am currently working in a big edtech company as a senior associate, currently the work I am doing is not that engaging. I have a total of 10 years of experience in various domains. Now I want to move into data analytics but the concern is that every good company is asking for experience in the field. How can I possibly get into a good MNC.

[a deputy manager](username) I was actually confused with my carrier options since I am an MCA grad and my peers identified that I am good in data, I though I could give a try in data analytics, since I already know sql, Google sheets, excel and had basic knowledge of programming.

Have you considered gaining certifications or taking up relevant projects to build your data analytics experience before applying to MNCs?

[misskick](username) actually I am an MCA grad from IGNOU . I have been working and studying side by side. I have started working on data in my team at my current company but they are not letting me work on those things. I guess my degree will be relevant, apart from that I am watching tutorials on YouTube as well

Hey you can highlight your transferable skills from your current role, such as problem-solving and data analysis. Consider taking online courses or certifications in data analytics to demonstrate your interest and skills. What specific areas of data analytics are you interested in?

You should identify skills from your previous roles that are relevant to data analytics, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis. Emphasize how you've used these skills in your past work. All the best!
