Hi folks, iam working with Flex (GBS)as an junior Executive - program management,i have 2 and half years experience in Flex and got an scrum master certification as well ,also I have prior experience of nearly 3 yrs in manufacturing as an quality engineer. Now,at flex iam getting 4.5Lpa .iam thinking to resign my job and pursue for another high paying job.
My manager has promised me give me an promotion to next grade which will give me about 7 LPA.Can someone help me if I move out and search for another job while serving notice period will I get a job that pays more than 7LPA on current market situation.
Please advise me on this.
