The problem is I'm pursuing my Graduation which will be completed this year in June.
I have given an interview in a MNC and it was gone well till they found that I had not completed my Graduation.
They put me on hold.
I have good amount of experience still I didn't get the offer.
Now I'm confused, This offer was really good for me.

Experience is super valuable, but the graduation requirement is still a deal-breaker for many companies. Once you complete your graduation, you’ll be in an even stronger position to land great offers.
Keep pushing forward! 💪

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit...
The ever leading topic of notice period
I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa.I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only.Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now.Any suggestions?
