Haan, aaj kal zyada tar companies BGV karti hain aur Authbridge jaise third party services use karti hain, PDF docs can be edited so that's why trusted companies prefer third party verification for authenticity

It depends, If you have joined a company which deals with customer Data the policies are strict for BGV (In case of BPOs and management consultancies). But in other companies like product based companies and offices where customer data is not available BGV is lightly taken But yes, If you lying about somthing possibility you will get caught. May I know why you are asking this question, Do you have any issues related to bgv ?
