Hello everyone, I’m seeking advice about career progression. I’ve been working as a QA professional for 8 years at Carelon Global Solutions. During this time, I’ve contributed to multiple teams and projects, focusing on manual testing and delivering quality solutions. While I’ve consistently worked towards team goals and met performance expectations, I’m unsure if my experience and contributions make me eligible for a promotion at this stage. Yo! You've been a QA for 8 years at Carelon thats a really long time... great job ! I just had a convo with my friends and he told me to level up to a lead role, you need to show you're not just a tester, but a leader. Try to talk to your boss about your goals and don't be afraid to ask for more responsibility. Who agree with this?
