Addressing EPF and Background Verification Concerns
I have been working for the past 3.3 years at a startup with a team of 15 members as a Full Stack Developer, primarily using Angular, Laravel, Node.js, Vue.js, and PHP. In this role, my salary is directly credited to my bank account with no deductions for EPF, ESI, or insurance. As I apply for new opportunities, recruiters are asking about my EPF history, which I don't have due to the absence of these deductions in my current job. This is causing concerns during background verification and affecting the relevance of my experience in their eyes. How can I address this issue effectively during the recruitment process?

Listen, Obtain a Clarification Letter: Request your current employer to provide an official document explaining their policies on EPF, ESI, and other benefits.
