Day to Day Office

A Bite of a Problem😅
My boss initially loved my lunch, now it's become a daily expectation. I get he enjoys it, but it's starting to feel like he's taking advantage. I need to start eating alone sometimes, but I don't know how to politely decline without hurting his feelings. Any advice on how to handle this situation gracefully? 🙏

I understand, that's a tough spot to be in. You could try a casual approach like, "Hey, I really enjoy sharing a meal with you, but I've been meaning to try that new place something like that"

Accidentally "forget" your lunch one day. This can be a subtle way to signal that you'd like to eat alone sometimes.

make "loki & kaddu ki sabji" for lunch. tell your boss that you are trying to eat healthy & then see what he does.

Just stop carrying your lunch for a week or so,,,tell him that your family has gone to their native place and that you don't cook yourself because you feel tired....you need to break the rhythm bro😂

It's like a real-life episode of "Friends," where your boss is the ever-hungry Joey. Try kro to add extra chillies so that he refuses to eat with you from the next day 🤣🤣🤣
