Are you willing to commit without knowing if the job will meet your expectations?

Go for it without a second though 5 Lakh is good to start with considering you dont have any prior experience. If you may tell the name of the startup thn I cant help you with some more insights

Yes of course, Take the risk and see what can you achieve in longer run, Startups are fun and at the same time you will learn alot. Have you already joined or still confused ?

It is always better to work in a start-up early in one's career as the focus should be on learning not package. In a start-up, one gets to learn about all functions which is not possible in a traditional organization. Better to take whatever comes first than wait indefinitely for another offer.
