Dislikes

While working here has been a good experience overall, some aspects could need some refinement. At times employees are asked to stay beyond their working hours or asked to work from home after having completed the 10 hours of shift time. An employee can sometimes feel that the company is slacking on professionalism.

Working at wiingy has been an incredible experience. The work culturehere is truely exceptional, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth. whenever I have any doubt or need help or clarity on anythig i can directly approach my managerwithout hesitating, which makes the workflow smooth and supportive. Dislikes

Wiingy is an amazing place to work. However I feel there is an opportuniy to make it even better by introducing reguar employeefun activities on a monthly basis. While the focus on work and growth is fantastic, adding some fun activities would help build stronger bonds .
