Flat Hierarchy - lots of exposure to the CEO. CEO is very very hands-on and approachable. Still building systems and launching products - so lots to learn.

Dislikes

TLDR: Plz don't join! Regular waves of firing, almost every quarter. Business bets are taken on a hunch and not on any PMF research. High levels of office politics and drama! Constant shifts in the org structure. Senior level attrition is prevalent.
